I studied baking with a protégé of Julia Child years ago in Boston. And I delivered my croissants and danish to cafes and restaurants in the Back Bay, the South End and on Beacon Hill in a little butter-yellow Karmann Ghia. After a hiatus in marketing I have come back to my true love: baking. Every scone is as different as the person that eats it - I strive for a personal relationship with my customers.
